Personal vacation benefits the business according to two-thirds of small business owners. A personal vacation can improve focus, creativity and motivation. However, despite knowing the importance and benefits of completely unplugging from work, only 25 percent of small business owners are able to do so, and nearly three-quarters worry about the work and responsibilities they are missing during their time off according to a new survey released  by Marriott Rewards Premier Business Credit Card. A business trip is the best way to  address this struggle for 85 percent of small business owners (SBOs). They intentionally carve out time for personal activities during a business trip.
